Excellent Harbour Stay

The hotel location is fantastic and central. The room was very spacious and clean. I found the provided tea, biscuits, and coffee to be a nice touch.
The burger I ordered arrived lukewarm, but the server was very kind.

The Double Room Sea View was very large and clean. The design paid great attention to detail. I especially liked that beer was complimentary, and the set of tea, biscuits, and coffee was always appreciated.

The room include a comfortable bed. It has soft pillows that provided good sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the excellent choice for breakfast and tasty food. I did like the special half-price offer that was available at that time.
The room faced a noisy street, and traffic sounds was audible at night. This disturbance made it slightly difficult to fall asleep quickly. Perhaps earplugs would help avoid external noise.

The hotel is near the harbor. I enjoyed walking along the waterfront. Plenty of shops and restaurants were easily accessible from this hotel.

The room feature fresh milk in the fridge. Delicious biscuits and snacks were available. The shower was roomy. Soft towels are provided in the bathroom.

The staff were helpful when I wanted a better table. The breakfast service was excellent. The restaurant staff was very attentive. I did like the hotel's focus on customer satisfaction.

Room service was questionable. The promised ironing board never arrived, and the replacement lightbulb took three calls and half a day to appear. The minibar was also empty. I expected at least water.

we had the most perfect stay. i checked in easily and the staff offered an upgraded room. it was a fine suite with a sitting area. the bathroom was fabulous. the bed was huge.
i had a burger that wasn't very warm and the lager was flat.

the big car park behind the hotel helps a lot. there is also a bicycle rack available for cyclists. the hotel is located on the sea front, so it is easy to access many activities

breakfast was excellent and had a great choice of options. i had a full english breakfast one morning and it was delicious. we ate in the conservatory one evening and had sunday roast that was also delicious.

I found the staff friendly and helpful . the room had a large bathroom. the breakfast had an extensive menu. I appreciated the lack of a boring buffet.
The room was quite hot at night. I guess it was summer. i had a burger, and it was not very warm. lager was flat too.
