climate control towel request

the breakfast options were acceptable.

The room supposedly had climate control, but it barely cooled the space. Sleeping was difficult. also, i asked for extra towels, but the request seemed to get lost, and i never received them. this was inconvenient, as there was no housekeeping , and i had to reuse the damp towels.

amazing STAY near the junction

helpful staff extra key evacuation plan many choices

The breakfast offered many choices that were very helpful. The staff showed kindness and attentiveness to my needs. They gave me an extra key because my son stayed in another room NEARBY. A plan for evacuation existed, addressing my limited mobility.

the tv was large, however it was very basic. the remote control was VERY Filthy.

high room rate thin towels

The staff were very friendly I guess one expects that.

The room rate seemed high for what I got. I paid extra for parking but the parking lot was quite far. The towels felt a bit thin it's hard to describe but they were certainly not luxurious.

some noise issues arose

room soundproofing ground floor

i was told the rooms were soundproof this was not the case i was on the ground floor and heard everything from the room next to mine their conversation was very clear it was disruptive especially late at night i had to ask them to be quieter the room soundproofing needs improvement
