friendly staff relaxing environment convenient parking
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the grounds were well kept. our bungalow included convenient parking. This made coming and going very easy during our explorations of the area.
The wi-fi access required additional payment. I found the signal strength rather weak at times.

The on-site bar offered a wide range of drinks with good prices. This allowed us to relax without worrying about the costs. food was great there, it offered a variety of options.

I noticed the tennis court. It seemed well kept and available for use. It's a very good option for active recreation. the pool was great and clean. My children really enjoyed it.

The hotel provides an excellent base for exploring west cornwall. Its location offers easy access to various attractions. st michael's mount and penzance are very close, only a few minutes walk.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location
friendly staff beautiful grounds comfortable beds
The location is great. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The view of St Michael's Mount is fine. The apartment included comfortable beds. Warm greetings were given by the team upon arrival.
The bathroom in the bungalow was quite small. Getting into the shower was a little difficult for me. A slightly larger bathroom would improve the overall experience.

The Forge Bar provides a good selection of drinks. It also has a variety of good value food. I liked the convenient store because it had competitive prices.

The staff are friendly and cute. They were helpful with any requests I had . I am grateful for their help.

The park has plenty of room for everyone, even when busy. Heating in all rooms kept the bungalow plenty warm. The dog walking area provided a nice space. I loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

great location helpful staff misleading information sauna absence
I found the location great. The staff were lovely and helpful. The food was also cooked to perfection (I really liked the fish).
I was not informed that my bungalow did not have a sauna included. It was included only in the pool area, available for timed sessions.

fantastic location cooked food misleading information changing room
the location offers fantastic views, i noticed beautiful grounds as i walked. all staff were amazing, they had smiles! food was cooked perfectly i thought.
i wasn't notified that the pool was shut on saturdays which was a main reason i booked. the changing room was out of action, and there was no light
