Really good Stay!

wide selection fresh cake friendly staff helpful staff
The daily breakfast buffet had a wide selection (I especially liked the omelets!). Afternoon tea included fresh cakes, such a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room had a radio, which I really enjoyed.
The room decor was maybe a bit too modern for my personal taste (though I recognize the quality).
Rooms
9/10
The room included a comfortable bed with excellent pillows and a modern bathroom with a great shower. I had fresh milk available, a welcome addition for my tea. Also I found a useful fan in the room.

limited menu parking inconvenience
I found the lack of parking to be quite inconvenient. having to search for a spot on nearby streets was a bit of a nuisance, especially with luggage. also, the room service menu was rather limited. I expected more variety considering the hotel's reputation.

minor issues During stay

sewage smell clean towels
The room itself was adequate, but lacked any nice features. Getting clean towels proved problematic. I had to request them twice. THE most significant issue was a noticeable sewage smell in my room. I informed the staff upon check-out.
