The breakfast had a good choice of items , and it tasted nice. The location is excellent because it sits right in the village. Parking was available at the premises.
The staff member at check in was busy , so I was not given the Wi-Fi code. The bed creaked and the mattress was poor. The room was cold because the corridor windows would not shut properly.

The staff surprised my husband with birthday decorations in our room. I liked the comfortable bed in the beautiful king room, it was lovely. Free parking was available. The hotel location is convenient for exploring.
The corridor windows did not close properly, I felt the cold air at night.

The staff accommodated our requests, especially regarding dietary needs. They suggested alternatives. The personnel seemed generally helpful and quick to address any issues. I saw that the reception area was consistently staffed throughout the day.

The breakfast was amazing! I loved that there were options like Egg Benedict. The location is great, especially because it is near shops. The rooms also had a working radiator, a very welcome surprise!
The room was small. Our room was directly over the air conditioning. This air conditioning kept us awake most of the night. I also hear other people in the other rooms quite clearly during the night.

the location was central. i found the friendly staff very helpful. breakfast had great choices and the room was clean! i was even allowed to keep my car in the car park a few hours after checkout, a real bonus.
The music in the outside bar was quite loud early in the evening. i found it difficult to relax initially. Hopefully, it will be adjusted to be quieter sooner.

The location is right in the town center. it is very close to all local attractions, so getting around was easy. nearby were also many independent shops with cafes plus pubs. These served food.

The room had everything needed including tea and coffee making facilities. it also had biscuits and a hairdryer. Everything felt very well cared for. the room was really perfect for my needs as a traveller.

I appreciated the central village location. It was very easy for visiting local sites. The car parking on site proved convenient. The breakfast menus offered good food, a solid start to each day.
The room lacked information about the hotel, such as the wi-fi password. There were also no chairs, that was a real minus.
