Charming Stay with AMAZING views!

The staff were genuinely helpful . I had a room with a comfortable bed. I slept soundly each night. The cooked breakfast provided a GREAT start to each day. I also found the location convenient. It allowed easy access to local attractions.
I did notice some minor wear on furniture, yet it did not affect my stay.

The breakfast included several options. There was a cooked breakfast option with eggs, bacon, and sausage. I noticed that fresh fruit and pastries were also available each morning.

The hotel has a bar with many tables inside. It is dog friendly. A very long bar is staffed WELL. I noticed many tables outside.

My room was quite spacious. It was also warm and had a comfortable bed. I had amazing views overlooking the river from the room. Tea and coffee facilities are provided.

The hotel is located right on the waterfront. It made it very convenient to explore local shops and restaurants. I noticed that the area felt safe to walk around.

adequate location, but issues in the room
well presented roomuncomfortable bednoisy aircon
the room was presented well, a plus.
I booked a king bed room with aircon, but it was not available. i ended up in a small, uncomfortable double bed with noisy aircon. dirty laundry and tissues from previous occupants were in the bathroom. It was all very noisy from the outside drinking area and seagulls. i left after one night.

the location was excellent. i got a table with a waterfront view. the bar was long, with plenty of staff.
the coffee was too weak for my taste.
