friendly staff well kept grounds comfortable caravan family venue

i found the staff so friendly. they maintain the grounds very well throughout the year. i found the caravan comfortable and just what i needed after days out. evenings at the venue were fun. it's a perfect place for families.

i noticed the windows at the front of the caravan didn't open and there was no veranda outside i found this a tiny bit disappointing

the beds felt comfortable with new bedding. the caravan offered a double bed including an en suite. each room had plenty of space for luggage and personal items. lighting was thoughtfully placed, offering both ambient and task options

the swimming pools looked well kept with clear water. various food outlets are available, including mario's pizzas. the site features crazy golf plus arcades that are accessible to guests. i saw an outdoor play area perfect for kids.

the staff, from reception to the restaurant seemed attentive. the entertainment team, including sasha are dedicated. raymond was especially helpful and greeted everyone warmly. staff kept all areas clean and tidy.

Really good family stay

immaculate ground pet-friendly accommodation accommodating staff dedicated staff

The site maintained immaculate grounds, something I appreciated. I found that my pet-friendly accommodation was very clean upon arrival. Staff at the venue were very accommodating as they found me a chair on a busy night. I noticed that the staff assisted others with mobility issues, a plus (really charmed by their dedication).

The entertainment venue seemed too small for the number of guests, often requiring a queue.

The park has great amenities for children with many activities available. The grounds were beautifully maintained and clean, which contributed to the overall appeal. Everywhere looked immaculate, proving the staff's commitment to maintaining standards.

The staff are friendly and helpful, they consistently go above and beyond to assist guests. One staff member, Raymond, created a nice experience through his dedication and positive attitude. The team seems very well trained and eager to help.

clean site and great facilities

heated pool good bathroom

the outdoor pool was heated and usable even in poor weather. we paid extra for the indoor swimming and enjoyed the slides. the caravan was clean with a good size bathroom and living room setup. we had a minor issue with the mattresses however it was easily resolved with an extra duvet.

the on site chippy was a letdown with poor service and limited options. i felt the attitude of the servers was unwelcoming and unhelpful. i ended up traveling to a nearby town to get my desired meal.

the site offers multiple options for dining including a curry hut. while the food was good i found it to be overpriced. there were long waiting times at the bar due to crowding after events.

the site is close to both morrisons and aldi which is convenient. a short drive gets you to beaches and shops in the town. the location served as an excellent base for exploring the wider area.
