our room was right above the pub area. this meant it was very noisy late into the night (past midnight on both nights). the noise. i expected a bit more soundproofing, especially considering the price.

the room faced the outside seating. noise from the pub was very noticeable, especially late into the evening. the window did little to block out sounds. it disrupted my sleep despite earplugs.

The room was super nice and neat. I had dinner at the pub and it was perfect. Stuff were very friendly. Claire served us delicious breakfast and she was just lovely!
We had a room with a window opening on to the outside seating area, and there was a lot of noise! I appreciate it is a pub so this will happen. I think we were unlucky with the group who were partying..

The breakfast provided was tasty. its proximity to the coastal path made access easy. i appreciated the warm, friendly staff. They were genuinely lovely. the shared kitchen was a great touch, and i found it a useful addition to my stay.
The room i had faced the outside seating. There was some noise in the evening. it was a minor issue, but it did impact the quiet i hoped for.
