The staff was helpful and the location was very convenient.
The bathroom was quite basic with an old suite. The shower dial kept falling off. The water pressure was WEAK. The shower head did not stay upright. Layers of dust were behind the beds on the skirting board.

the staff demonstrated really good helpfulness and friendliness. the room was very clean and i found the bed very comfortable (it really helped me rest). the hotel's location was convenient to nearby amenities and attractions.
the bathroom sink was a bit small, making it slightly difficult to use comfortably.

the double room had adequate space and contained tea and coffee making facilities. complimentary toiletries were provided in the bathroom. a wall-mounted tv was also included for entertainment.
