Balcony Problems, Staff Unresponsive

The two bed house looked fine at first. I noticed the balcony hadn't been cleaned at all. It had old leaves and dirt from the gutters and even a dirty ashtray sat there. It really ruined the whole experience. I talked to the staff, but they didn't seem to care. That was a disappointment.

Fantastic villa near the beach

great equipment close location onsite parking
The villa was amazing (i loved the spacious layout). It had great equipment. The location was close to Porth beach. I would definitely stay here again. Parking was available onsite.
I noticed a few issues with the balcony. It had old leaves and dirt from the gutters. There was also a dirty ashtray. I informed the staff, but they seemed not bothered.

Charming Coastal Escape

The villa had plenty room. Linens were provided in the villa, also extra towels for the pool were at reception. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. It was great that two bathrooms was available, one with a bath and one with a shower.
I found a few issues with the balcony, it had not been cleaned, old leaves was there.

The apartment was spacious. It easily accommodated my family. the kitchen had all necessary equipment. the bedrooms offered comfortable sleeping arrangements. i found the provided towels were plentiful.
The balcony needed cleaning. there were old leaves and dirt. This detracted from the overall experience a little.
