charmed by the hospitality
warm greeting local advice comfortable welcome
the host, sarah, greeted us warmly upon arrival. she offered helpful advice on local attractions. the b&b ensured i felt especially welcome and comfortable.
the bathroom sensor light turned off too quickly. the shower drain was also slow.

a little OVERRATED, perhaps
slow drain dim lighting
the b&b was easy enough to find and came with parking, useful.
The room was quite cramped. the shower drain was slow, so water pooled around my feet. Not a pleasant experience. the lighting was very dim and barely adequate for reading.

sarah was there to greet me when i arrived. the room had a fridge kettle hairdryer, and even dressing gowns. it's super nice to have a fridge in the room!
The sensor light in the bathroom kept switching off. It was a bit annoying. the shower drain was slow, and the toilet seat kept shifting too. The bathroom needs maintenance.

Fantastic Stay with a Superb Host!
amazing host vegetarian needs clean room comfortable bed
Sarah is an amazing host! She was very approachable and kind (I really appreciated her thoughtfulness). Breakfasts were amazing. Sarah catered to my vegetarian needs without hesitation. The room was very clean and tidy. It included everything I needed, tea, coffee, milk, and even a mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable. I had a great night's sleep there.
The shower drain drained rather slowly.

This B&B provides a car park, a great convenience. I liked the thoughtful extras Sarah provided. She also caters to specific dietary needs for breakfast, a really great touch.

The location is great. Beaches are within walking distance. Coastal walks to Fistral and Crantock are easily accessible. A bus stop outside provides access for those who don't like a long walk.

The room had towels, a fridge, a kettle, and a hairdryer. Dressing gowns and slippers were also provided. The room was upstairs. It felt spacious and clean. I found it very good value.
