poor meat qualityunprofessional staff
The breakfast was not self-service and the meat was of poor quality. The eggs required better cooking. A staff member, Sara, demonstrated unprofessionalism. I could overhear kitchen conversations in which staff criticised patrons. This lack of discretion diminished my stay.

i found fresh bottled water and milk available in a fridge. the breakfast service was friendly. the breakfast offered a good choice and quality. i also appreciated the very warm welcome i received upon arrival.
