I found the room was clean. i saw that the hosts were very friendly. the breakfast was generous, with a good selection. sharon clearly focuses on customer experience. She really delivers a wonderful stay. the location is perfect, providing excellent links to nearby areas via walking or bus.
i received a message shortly before arrival. it stated there was no longer space for my car, requiring me to park some distance away in a public car park.

the room included all necessary amenities and was notably clean. the bed was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the bathroom has been done to a very high standard with a fantastic shower. towels were very good too.

this accommodation is close to transport. the train is a short walk away, offering inexpensive returns to the surrounding towns. the hotel offers good links to st ives by walking or by bus. parking was pretty good too which if you visit that part of cornwall in the summer you will realise how important that is.

the hotel has a nice garden. the rooms provide tv facilities. breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room. a big parking is available at the hotel, with several spots to park your car.

the host sharon is cute and very helpful. she thinks of every little detail! the breakfast service was very good, with tasty food and plenty of it. the owner is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very good. A bus stop is conveniently located right outside.
The bathroom turned out to be ridiculously small (I am not a big guy). I practically had to sit on the toilet in order to brush my teeth. I kept banging my head on the glass shelf above the toilet.

I found the breakfast fantastic. There was lots of choice. The owner was very friendly and helpful, allowing me to park early. I visited the bus stop right outside the premises.
The en-suite felt small. It was more like a cupboard. I thought the towels felt old. They were very tired.
