the room included lots of refreshments! a teapot and fresh milk were available. there was access to a fridge outside. sally gave me an early drop-off for my bag, i was greeted warmly! the bathroom facilities were good, though external to the room.
the evening was a bit noisy due to the pub downstairs.

the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the value for money was excellent. i would be happy to return in the future. everything felt just right and nothing major was lacking.
I found the street noise a little noticeable during peak hours. It was minor, though.

lovely staffhall bathroomdifficult lock
the staff were lovely. the room was super clean and comfy.
The bathroom was not inside the room. i had to go across the hall to reach it at night, and the lock on the door was difficult. It made me uncomfortable.
