The staff, so helpful, assisted me. I appreciated the breakfast selection. Free parking on site proved convenient. The location provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The room lacked air conditioning, I felt. The temperature became a challenge. i wish to have a controlled environment for relaxation.

The breakfast was fabulous. I really enjoyed the freshly cooked items served on hot plates (the sausages were delicious!). The staff was attentive and cute.
The room decor seemed old fashioned, although it was freshly painted. i found the shower to be dreadful (i would have prefered more pressure).

The breakfast included gluten-free bread, which I found very thoughtful. The staff promptly addressed my dietary needs. The location is central and close to bus links. The Cornish chicken on the evening menu was AMAZING!!!
The hotel bar closed very early, a little inconvenient.

The room was generous and so clean. the staff were especially lovely. I appreciate their assistance. one of the chambermaids even offered help with my luggage when i left.
i experienced some issues with the room's cold temperature. an electric heater was available, but it smelled and possibly caused a sore throat. i needed blankets to keep warm, but i didn't find any in wardrobe.

the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. receptionists quickly found a room on a lower floor that was more suitable for me because i have a medical condition. they were attentive and resolved my problem.

The location is ideal since it is right in the centre. secure parking exists at no cost. the hall for cornwall is virtually next to the hotel. It's close by and so convenient to attend events in lemon square.
