fantastic stay
friendly staff harbour view convenient pub
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed breakfast in the dining room. It was lovely to watch the sun set over the harbour. The pub downstairs.
The mattress felt very hard. i woke up feeling sore after a restless night. i would return if the mattresses were better.

The staff members provided a warm greeting upon arrival. They efficiently managed my reservation when my grandson joined us. Assistance from the hotel reception was always available and helpful. The team delivered excellent service.

Breakfast offered sea views adding a relaxing touch to the dining experience. A steak night took place at the pub. i had sparkling wine with my evening meal to celebrate my husband's birthday. Food quality was excellent.

sea view friendly staff delicious sausages
the room had a very nice view of the sea. the breakfast was delicious (especially the sausages!). the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the corridor carpets showed some wear and tear.

I was disappointed that the bar and restaurant closed due to private functions . This was conveyed to me only after the reservation was confirmed and payment was taken. The lack of communication felt unacceptable. This significantly limited dining options, and I found it inconvenient.

a stay with a few hitches
location good view tea selection unclean sheets missing iron dirty carpet
the location was great. i really liked the views from the room. the selection of teas and coffee in the room was a good touch. it has friendly staff.
the bed sheets werent put on properly. there was no iron or ironing board in the room. there was also no safe. the carpets in the corridors need a good clean.

decent location but disappointing breakfast
expensive parking watery mushroom
the hotel has a good location and i found the staff friendly.
The room was too hot, and we had to ask for a fan. breakfast was not good. The bacon was barely cooked, and the mushrooms were watery. i sent the toast back because it was just warm bread, not toasted. pre-booked parking at £35 per night felt quite expensive.
