Immaculate and peaceful stay!

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The caravan was clean. The site itself was well laid out and the gardens were beautifully maintained. I appreciated the convenience of the location for coastal walks and visiting nearby attractions. It was a relaxing experience.
The caravan felt a little close to others, reducing privacy SO slightly.

There is a coffee van located by the beach. Also available is a breakfast burger van. The Welcome Inn is in walking distance and serves a lovely Sunday roast. The food was AMAZING!!!

The caravan was modern and larger than i expected. It was well equipped. I found EVERYTHING i needed. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. I was grateful.

The site has a swimming pool. There is also a play area. Crazy golf provides entertainment. A dog shower is available to clean off four-footed friends after walks. I loved that.

dusty unitinsect stain
the caravan was not as clean as I expected , dust was visible on top of units , especially in the bathrooms. the curtain blinds also had some insect stains. I missed having a hoover to clean , especially after beach visits. the oven only having one rack made cooking for multiple people difficult.

This location offers a dog shower. This helped keep our furry friend clean after beach trips. I loved that there were two pubs within walking distance, and a Co-op was only five minutes away (so convenient!). The site also featured a swimming pool and a play area, I felt that added to the overall family-friendly atmosphere. The accommodation was clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The caravan's proximity to others meant there was limited privacy. I noticed how closely packed the accommodations were.

The caravan was equipped with all necessary amenities. I appreciated the cleanliness upon arrival, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. All vans are very well kept and are comfortable and modern.

The site is near a dog-friendly beach and a nature reserve. I found it ideal for walks and outdoor activities. The park is on the South West coastal path and provides easy access to many charming villages, harbours, beaches, and Bodmin Moors.

adequate but flawed stay

the location was good.
I found the caravan cleanliness subpar. stains marked the sofa, and rubbish lay hidden beneath the beds. furthermore, the description stated it could sleep eight, yet the sofa bed barely fit one person. My partner and i had to share it. this hotel is not adequately equipped for the price.

Clean and Spacious Caravan Getaway

I found the static home very nice. The staff clearly look after the hotel well. All the facilities were clean and functional. The hotel provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good (I could easily visit everything I wanted).
The barrier did not always work. I kept having to buzz someone to enter the park.

The caravan was clean and very well equipped. There was a great selection of books, family games, and a deck of cards. Smart televisions with USB ports for use were included in all rooms alongside freeview boxes.

The pool manager was very helpful and answered all my questions (I was grateful for the assistance). The staff were very polite and helpful too. It seemed like the staff cared for the park greatly.

I just had an fantastic time! the caravan was super clean, spacious for my family, and even our dog loved it. The bedding seemed like i was in a hotel. the holiday park was also so well-kept. the kids couldn't get enough of the swimming pool. we took morning walks on the beach. It's so close!
the cafe did not accept cash payments, which i found a little inconvenient.

The reception staff provided a bag with water and sweets for our journey home, what a lovely touch. i found the pool manager very helpful. They promptly answered all the questions i had. the staff at the cafe next to the pool were very polite and helpful too.

the location is superb, directly on the beach, great for a morning walk. the site is close to local shops that include a great fish and chip shop. pubs are also a short walk away, including the ship inn, with a nice beer garden and good food.
