Our caravan was well-equipped with all necessary items. The kitchen included an oven , microwave , and fridge freezer. The park had regular maintenance of gardens and grass.
The main venue lacked atmosphere during the day. Evening entertainment was dire , and the venue looked tired. It NEEDS refurbishment.

I WAS THRILLED with the well kept outdoor pool. The water slide added some extra fun. The on-site shop was CONVENIENT, selling groceries at reasonable prices. i FOUND the evening entertainment lively, especially the performances by the energetic entertainment team.
the Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the accommodation, i NOTICED.

Excellent Amenities and Well-Kept Grounds

The grounds had fine landscaping, with regular maintenance to gardens and grass. I found great amenities, including a well-stocked bar with a good gin selection. The staff were great too be helpful and friendly. Designated parking was provided, and the No 10 bus stopped outside the main entrance.
I experienced a slight issue regulating the shower temperature. It was occasionally too hot.

The swimming pool added real value to the stay. A little shop and a laundrette were conveniently located onsite. There was also a fishing lake present on the premises, providing recreational opportunities .

The reception team was very friendly and provided instructions and helpful tips. Other members of the team, such as security and catering staff, worked well together. They contributed to a pleasant and nice experience.

Fantastic Caravan Experience

I was upgraded to a spacious two bedroom caravan, stocked with all necessary items. The caravan was very clean (i really appreciated that). The staff were friendly and helpful, even during the less busy period. The location proved convenient.
The on-site shop had a slightly limited selection, less convenient for some purchases.

The food options are somewhat limited (this is a small issue) and the bar staff was friendly and helpful. There were good choices, but the opening times could be a little longer for some facilities.
