a good family retreat!

pet-friendly caravan equipped kitchen
I loved the variety of activities included in the holiday park. i found a pet-friendly caravan and the staff was very helpful in ensuring it met our needs. the location proved convenient, being close to polperro fishing village and lantic bay. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, complete with a dishwasher.
the gold caravan had a few issues when we arrived. we found pet stains and the heating was not working properly, requiring us to constantly adjust it throughout the night.

clean apartment cute staff friendly staff indoor pool broken arcade high prices
i loved how clean our apartment, a two bedroom silver caravan, was! it was super clean when we arrived, i never seen anything so neat. the kitchen had all the basics i needed, and i appreciate this. i found the staff cute and friendly, i always felt comfortable.
i did have some minor problems. the indoor pool was closed, i find that disappointing since i planned to swim there. also, the arcade games often broke, my darling was sad because the machines didn't work, she didn't like that. the shop's prices were a bit high, so i bought the necessities at a market.

Our caravan was well-equipped with all necessary items. The kitchen included an oven , microwave , and fridge freezer. The park had regular maintenance of gardens and grass.
The main venue lacked atmosphere during the day. Evening entertainment was dire , and the venue looked tired. It NEEDS refurbishment.

FANTASTIC family getaway!

I WAS THRILLED with the well kept outdoor pool. The water slide added some extra fun. The on-site shop was CONVENIENT, selling groceries at reasonable prices. i FOUND the evening entertainment lively, especially the performances by the energetic entertainment team.
the Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the accommodation, i NOTICED.

Excellent Amenities and Well-Kept Grounds

The grounds had fine landscaping, with regular maintenance to gardens and grass. I found great amenities, including a well-stocked bar with a good gin selection. The staff were very good too be helpful and friendly. Designated parking was provided, and the No 10 bus stopped outside the main entrance.
I experienced a slight issue regulating the shower temperature. It was occasionally too hot.

I was upgraded to a spacious two bedroom caravan, stocked with all necessary items. The caravan was very clean (i really appreciated that). The staff were friendly and helpful, even during the less busy period. The location proved convenient.
The on-site shop had a slightly limited selection, less convenient for some purchases.
