inadequate screeningslow service
the shower cubicle lacked proper screening causing the entire bathroom to flood each time i used it this wasn't designed as a wet room so everything got soaked the breakfast service was also quite slow i seemed forgotten in the almost empty dining room despite staff cleaning tables after waiting for 25 minutes i had to ask for service the room's cupboard was mostly filled with hotel extras leaving little space for my belongings
