The location is excellent, set back from the promenade but still a short walk to town.. The hotel was super clean, and the kitchen access. Keycode entry was convenient. We did not worry about keys. I have already booked for next month.
Parking was challenging. The hotel states it has a few off-road spaces, but this is only true if one car does not block the other.

some issues encountered

small bathroomdifficult blinds
The room was really small. the bathroom was just 2.5m2!! this is unacceptable. tall people must put their feet in the shower to sit on the toilet. the toilet and shower were essentially in a 2.5m2 closet. also, the blinds were hard to use. Daylight came through. i woke up very early.
