excessive noise inconsistent water
The bathroom extraction fan made excessive noise. I found this disruptive. also, the shower temperature fluctuated, alternating between hot and cold unexpectedly. this. the lack of consistent water temperature was disappointing. the towel quality was also subpar.

peeling paint damp smell
The location was great. It allowed easy access to both Newquay and Porth.
My room was not up to par. The bedding felt old and worn. It lacked that crisp, fresh feeling. The toilet lid had been painted, but the paint was peeling off. The damp smell in the passageway leading to the room was off-putting.

Really good stay!
clean room friendly owner
The room was large and very clean. The facilities were good, and the owner was quite friendly. My children enjoyed playing pool in the games room (it kept them entertained!).

warm welcome fresh milk cream tea painted toilet seat rude family poor respect
Cindy and Ashley greeted me warmly. The room included little sweets and fresh milk. The shower had great pressure and the breakfast included fresh scones with jam and clotted cream to take away.
The toilet seat looked hand painted and needed replacement. Some family members staying at the house had no respect for paying guests. The family members were quite rude. They even tried to push the door open.
