The staff provided plates and cutlery for our dinner, i was grateful. the location is beneficial. Everything is nearby, which i appreciated. the woman at reception welcomed me warmly, and i liked that.
Sound insulation was poor. I could hear everything happening in the hotel.

The location is close to the city center. The staff helped us a lot and were always friendly. After two nights, we chose to stay an extra night and the reception staff easily sorted out the arrangements for us. We were happy with the price.

fantastic stay near the beach
helpful staffcentral locationsmooth accommodation
the staff were helpful and friendly (especially the receptionist!). we felt welcomed. the location is excellent, close to both the city center and the beach. after two nights, we extended our stay, and the staff accommodated us smoothly, we stayed in the same room.
the wifi signal was sometimes a little weak in the room.

the reception was always staffed and very helpful with directions. staff members were professional and accommodating, helping with luggage storage and late check-out requests.

though there isn't a restaurant, the hotel is close to several dining options. a communal area with a microwave is available. this allowed for easy preparation of snacks and light meals (very useful for families).
