cramped bathroomstained shower curtain
The room was quite disappointing. the bathroom felt cramped. it was like stepping into a tiny plastic pod, not at all what i expected. the shower curtain even had stains. It was very off-putting. the tv was an old model, and i struggled to get a clear signal on many channels. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

my room includes a double bed and a small seating area. the bathroom has a shower over the bath. i had a television with cable channels.
the toiletries were minimal.

the location was idyllic. the staff were very good and the facilities were very nice. i LOVED being able to sit in the large drawing room in the afternoon with a bottle of sparkling and reading about the local history!
the room was off the main stairway area , when we first went in it smelt musty , even though the window was open.

the room included comfortable bedding and blackout curtains , ensuring restful sleep. ample wardrobe space was available for storage. a writing desk and chair facilitated work.

the staff was friendly. they helped with my bags and showed me around. the grounds are beautiful and well kept. the views are lovely!!!
My room was quite small and felt dated. the bathroom was to be a prefabricated unit. It was tiny. the shower was difficult to use. there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
