the caravan was really spacious and had everything i needed. the location was great for visiting cornwall's end, it makes travel EASY. i liked the woodland setting, the spacing. the central heating was good and i enjoyed the comfy bed.
Car PARKING needs actual spaces. The narrow paths to units got blocked.

the bar did not offer cash back and the atm was out of service, both issues limit your spendings. the on-site shop had fair prices, especially considering its convenience during your stay, which makes it easier to buy food.

My caravan was lovely. It was really spacious. it included all kitchen appliances and utensils, this made cooking convenient. the beds were very comfortable. They were neatly made upon arrival, which i found quite convenient for me.

the staff that i encountered was friendly and happy. the staff were always smiling and chatty, i felt right at home. bus service provides routes to nearby towns, this is very useful.

the location is a great base if you want to visit other areas in cornwall. the site itself is pretty and the park up at the top had a zip line. it is set back from the road, i found it peaceful.

The staff were really helpful . I had some issues with my original hotel. The park is nicely situated within a woodland where the lodges are nestled between the trees. The lawns and grounds appear to be well looked after. This gave the whole place a nice feel.
There is no safe walking path to the train station so a bus is necessary. The receptionist was not that cute during check-in. Some of the information she mentioned was not accurate. There were too many spider webs outside near the door and windows. I also noticed many tiny spiders inside the house specifically in the toilet.

The chalet was clean. It was well equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. I appreciated the microwave, fridge, and freezer compartment. The TV, crockery, and cutlery were also helpful.
The silver lodge had issues. It smelled damp. Some furniture and the TV remote were broken.
