The staff were polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. The room was clean, with bright paintwork. The bedding felt clean and fresh, a huge plus.
The balcony lacked privacy. The neighbor could see directly into the room, so we kept the curtains closed. This was a significant issue.

The location provides a short walk to town and direct access to the coastal path. This is ideal for hiking towards Tallan Bay and Polperro. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The room included a kitchenette. That was very useful. it featured new utensils. i liked the decorative detail in the hotel. the sea views were also beautiful!
My room carpet was soaked after heavy rains. i noticed this after getting in late from dinner. the manager's response to the issue was not great. the mattress was uncomfortably soft. I did not enjoy it.

the rooms are very clean and well-presented. views are so great from the balcony. the location allows easy access to both the coastal paths and the town. staff are very polite, helpful and friendly too.
the parking is a bit limited, it may require parking on the front and carrying luggage up the hill.
