I found the location GREAT with easy access to the beach. Onsite parking was also very helpful for my rental car.

The elevator was NOISY and a bit clunky.

lovely staff excellent spa good food

every staff member was lovely! the spa visit was excellent. i enjoyed good food and slept well during my three-night stay. i will consider coming back for another short trip in the future.

the swimming pool was unavailable one evening upon check-in. i found this inconvenient. i wish i had been informed in advance so i could have planned my time better.

awesome location excellent view good sauna adequate equipment

The location was excellent and straight opposite gyllyngvase beach. the views were awesome, though the parking was expensive. the indoor sauna and pool were both very good. the gym had everything one needs. There was a variety of equipment available.

the wifi was a bit patchy ! it seemed like it was in the process of getting sorted, though.
