I must say, the room service wasn't up to snuff. My so called 'Beautiful Double or Twin Room Sea View' had a view of the parking lot more than the sea. I ordered a club sandwich, I swear the bread was stale. The audacity, they really need to step up their game.

service inconsistencies and minor inconveniences

limited rotationunderwhelming food
I was quite annoyed that our beautiful room was not properly serviced. i had to request refills for shower gel, ridiculous considering the price. restocking tissues also required a reminder. the dinner menu barely changed. It was like only one new item was added each day, i found this disappointing. the dining room is lovely, but the food didn't match the setting.

the outdoor pool was warm. it was great to swim in on a cool day. breakfast was excellent. there was a very wide range of options including freshly cooked full cornish.
the hotel was excessively noisy. constant door slamming and loud staff conversations happened near my window. it was close to a fire exit. cleanliness was another major concern. upon arrival, i found clumps of black hair scattered across the room floor.

the location was definitely a plus.
The room was not what i expected (i booked a 'superior double or twin room'). the bathroom had mold, i hate that. there was a constant dripping sound coming from the faucet. the shower pressure was weak. It made it hard to rinse shampoo.
