poor soundproofing flat pillows

the location near the beach was acceptable.

the inland room was not very soundproof , i could clearly hear conversations and noise from the hallway , it was disruptive. also , the pillows were quite flat , i had trouble getting comfortable and didn't sleep well.

unwelcoming staff sense of surprise

the location had beautiful views. the free breakfast was a bonus. i guess that was acceptable.

i didn't feel all of the staff were as cute as i hoped. i noticed differences in how other customers were addressed compared to me. at check-in, i felt a sense of surprise about my presence, it wasn't the most cute start. it was awkward.

decent pastries fine view maintained gardens

the breakfast included good coffee (always a plus) and a decent selection of pastries. i had a beautiful sea view room, and the view was indeed fine. the gardens were beautifully maintained, and i enjoyed a leisurely stroll one afternoon.

The hotel has free parking, convenient.

The room I got, a beautiful inland double, felt a bit cramped. It was smaller than expected and definitely not beautiful. The breakfast offered VERY little choice and most dishes lacked seasoning.

heated pool nice variety cooked food

The hotel includes a heated pool. The pool ended my day of hiking well. Breakfast offered nice variety. Poached eggs with avocado were delicious.

Our receptionist seemed very new in the role.
