i loved the museum with its informative displays it really brought the history to life i also appreciated the big room i had in the daphne du maurier suite it was worth the money i was so excited about all the information available in the room i slept soundly because it was dark quiet and peaceful there.

the bed was somewhat uncomfortable and the pillows felt a little flat that's the only slight inconvenience .

the location is very interesting with the museum on site i found the story and history of the building interesting because they celebrated it well. the aesthetics and history felt well-preserved. it's amazing

slow servicewarm food

i encountered problems during my meal. the service was slow. it took nearly thirty minutes to get a menu. then, i waited almost ninety minutes for my main course. the food was just warm when it finally arrived. duty manager kate handled the situation well, but the understaffing was unacceptable.
