Solid stay near the beach

spacious room high standard clean spa
The room was spacious and very clean. the breakfast had a high standard with cooked options. spa facilities included a sauna, steam room, and pool. All were maintained well.
i found that the parking spaces were quite limited.

mixed stay, issues present

extractor fan long walk
i find a lack of attention in certain areas disappointing. my room had no sea view, it was also far too hot. an extractor fan right outside made sleeping difficult, even with open windows. the hotel location demands a long walk into town, which i did not appreciate.

Excellent Coastal Getaway

perfect view excellent staff vegan options
The location provides perfect views with divine sunsets. The staff were really good too ensure my comfort. The vegan options in the breakfast and coffee supplies were very much appreciated.
Parking was a major problem. There are only 40 spaces for a 70-room hotel. The spaces are also very tight, and it is difficult to find another spot once you give yours up. This is a significant issue given the space available.

The hotel has perfect views of the beach and divine sunsets. Fistral Beach lies directly opposite the hotel. The hotel is a good starting point for coastal walks, a bonus for walking enthusiasts.

amazing staff wonderful massage friendly staff parking issue tired room chilly radiator
the staff are amazing. Katie in the spa give a wonderful back neck and head massage. neil, noah, sarah and toni and all of the restaurant staff are so helpful and friendly. i booked to have restaurant meals each evening. our room overlooked the bay so i sat and watched the surfers.
stayed for a night to escape xmas and the children basically. starting off, parking was an issue. we arrived and car park was rammed and the front road. the room was a little tired. carpet worn and pulled slightly, radiator wasn't on so i were a little chilly.
