fantastic stay, super friendly staff!

friendly staff homely atmosphere

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice homely atmosphere was present! there were no lists of does and don'ts like in some hotels, and i appreciated that. the hotel has a pub with very good food. I really enjoyed it! the location was close to public transport and provided a sea view.

I noticed a musty smell in the corridors and room. I could also detect cigarette smoke! the road outside was quite noisy and the walls seemed thin.

The staff provided efficient service and showed kindness. I found them to be very attentive. the team managed requests promptly. They were always available to assist. i felt very supported and found them professional.
