busted heating cold room

The room was a good size and was pretty clean, a decent start to the stay.

The heating in my Single Room was busted, it blasted heat all night. I tried calling reception but no one answered at that hour. I had to open the window in January, so , made the room freezing. I had no option to get comfortable.

the staff was very accommodating, giving a warm welcome. the room was excellent with a comfortable bed. i enjoyed the stylish reception and bar areas. the spa branded products in the room were a nice touch.

the outdoor garden areas seemed a bit overgrown.

The staff were very helpful, especially natalie. She was always cheerful. our stay lasted six nights. the wrights enjoyed our stay. (i think i agree with them!)

The gym had top equipment.

The offer I wanted was not available for my dates, though the website had no date restrictions. The replies from the hotel seemed defensive. This made me cancel my reservation. The owner then reposted an untrue response and suggested that I demanded a discount. This was not true.

the breakfast was really nice. the staff were friendly and helpful with everything. my room had a really comfy bed and i like that it was always kept super clean.

the spa facilities felt a little basic to me. i wish their were more lounges around the pool. i notice the maintenance of the building could improve, it seemed like it need some tlc.

Breakfast featured fresh, local ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the yoghurts and acacia honey. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, they ensured a nice experience.

The lack of a mini-fridge in my room was slightly inconvenient for storing some personal food items. It would add value to the room.

The room had a bath. It was a luxury. The breakfast was good with attentive staff. Free parking existed. I liked that I didn't move the car due to the good location.

A dinner menu was not displayed. I had trouble finding it.
