The location was great with easy access for coastal walks. The food in the dining area was top class. The chef was a true professional. The breakfast was also superb, with hot food and a good selection of continental options.

Our room had no hot water in the bathroom, so we could not use the shower. The path from reception to our room was rough. It was difficult with wheeled suitcases. The entrance was not OBVIOUS from the road.

the location proved ideal with easy access to the coastal path i appreciated the view from some tables in the restaurant i enjoyed a buffet style breakfast i found parking free and readily available throughout my stay

the gym had some mold on the tiles this was slightly off-putting

the hotel provides convenient access to lands end airport it is next to the southwest coastal path allowing for walks i observed that several interesting sites are quickly accessible from the accommodation.

The breakfast had a good selection. fresh fish and local ingredients looked on the restaurant menu. the pool and sauna were open until 8pm. I found this very convenient. the staff were helpful. They responded quickly to requests.

the road to access the place was narrow, but i managed it carefully.

damp smell limited breakfast selection

the staff was helpful at check-in.

The room i booked, a superior double room, had a noticeable damp smell that lingered throughout my stay. It was quite unpleasant. the breakfast was also a letdown. The hot options were lukewarm at best, and the selection seemed rather limited. i found myself wishing for a bit more attention to detail in both the room maintenance and the breakfast quality, given the price.

mold presence loose toilet seat

The bathroom cleanliness was a major concern. I found mold present within the shower and noted corrosion on the sink fixtures. The toilet seat also felt loose, which detracted from the overall sense of quality I expect.
