slow service disorganized service
the bed was comfortable, i will give them that.
The service was slow and seemed disorganized! they forgot my drink order twice and the food arrived cold. It reminded me of nobody knew what they were doing. The wait times were ridiculous for such simple requests.

Okay experience overall

partial water view delicious food excellent service neglected hotel inconsistent staffing
The room was well appointed I even got a free upgrade to a partial water view. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Service from reception to bar was excellent.
I stayed there ten years ago and the fabric has been lowered. The hotel has clearly been neglected for years. Staffing presence was inconsistent sometimes it was difficult to find any one on duty.
