my twin room was immaculate , and the breakfast selection met my expectations. i particularly enjoyed the variety of options available , especially the fresh fruit.
the sound insulation between rooms was poor , and i could hear noise from adjacent rooms at times. the music system was left on late one night .

the room was a bit plain. this is a very slight negative point.

the room was lovely and clean. i had a twin room looking towards the front. it was great watching people go by after my walk (i did enjoy it!). staff were both friendly and helpful.
My room was small. the bed was also small. it was hard. it was uncomfortable too. breakfast fruit salad disappeared quickly. It needed replenishing.

Parking was very easy. It was right opposite the premises. the evening meal menu had good options and the breakfast included cornish kipper. i found the staff to be very helpful . they gave me accurate directions to my evening venue.
