the staff was cute and the breakfast included good choices.
The room was not properly cleaned. There was dust on surfaces. also, the noise from the bar downstairs persisted until late at night. this made it difficult to sleep before 10 pm.

Excellent Stay with Fine Views

The room had double aspect sea views which I found great. The bed was large. The room was appointed to a high standard. The dining in the restaurant was superb, and the staff were fantastic. I also appreciated that the room included beach towels.
The check-in felt slightly reserved. I felt more like a nuisance than a welcome guest.

Fantastic Experience by the Sea!!!

The room included beach towels. It was so thoughtful. The location was a convenient walk to Land's End, about 30 minutes. The staff provided soya milk, remembering I was vegan. It was an AMAZING welcome!!!

i enjoyed the complimentary birthday surprises in my room it included balloons and a bottle of bubbly. the room overlooked the beach it provided a calming atmosphere. i appreciated the air conditioning especially with the hot weather it kept the room comfortable. the location was great for walking to land's end the cliffside walk was scenic.

the breakfast included many choices that were prepared well with large portions and tasty options. the hotel had easy access to the coastal bus giving convenient transportation to nearby attractions. i observed staff greeted guests with smiles consistently.

the room included robes as well as beach towels for guest use i found this helpful. the provided shower gel shampoo and hairdryer made packing more convenient. there were several treats and coffee options available in my room too.

the hotel's location allowed listening to the waves i found this to be relaxing. the hotel is located near bus stops making local transport accessible. the proximity to the beach created opportunities to go for scenic walks.

the staff provided a dog welcome hamper adding a personal touch. they were highly attentive and friendly making for a cute stay. the reception staff are very cute and always look to help the guests anyway they can.

The room had a coffee machine I found that very convenient. There was fresh milk in the fridge and that was a nice touch. The WiFi signal was strong so I could easily browse.
The room faced the courtyard and it was noisy. I could hear conversations from the pub until late at night. The car park was a ten minute walk away it was often full.

the room had modern furnishings and it was clean. i noticed extra dressing gowns were available (a nice touch). i also appreciated that the staff was very friendly and helpful .
the hotel has no on-site parking, so i had to use the public lot across the road.
