inaccurate website sunday lunches
the location was decent, directly on the water.
the new refit is Fine, but the website was inaccurate. i booked for sunday lunch. they are not doing the sunday lunches till the end of september. it left me very disappointed. it is not stated anywhere on their website.

nice stay with fine vistas

helpful staff wide selection really good service
i found the staff consistently helpful from arrival. they provided detailed hotel information and st ives advice. the restaurant offered excellent food and a breakfast with a wide selection. i specifically commend the manager for really good service and friendly attention.
i noted the ensuite doors in my room did not fully close. this reduced privacy from the bedroom. i feel it is important to mention to help future guests prepare.

This hotel features a well-equipped gym on the premises. It has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i saw the outdoor pool is heated and remains open seasonally, with twenty loungers . the hotel also has free parking on site.

The room had comfortable seating and a very clean bathroom. It offered complimentary toiletries. breakfast included pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit. the bar features local beers and a selection of wines.
the elevators can be quite slow during peak hours.

fabulous refurbishment

friendly staff good food great facilities
the staff were amazing and friendly. nothing was too much trouble. i love this hotel, good food and facilities. i totally recommend a stay there, you will have a great time.
i visited the hotel and i was thoroughly disappointed. i ordered a few dishes for lunch, a prawn salad, caesar salad and crabby fries.
