charming place with amazing view!

lovely garden helpful staff delicious breakfast
i found the garden very nice. the front room had binoculars and a mini telescope provided. it was a fun thing to use. the staff was friendly and helpful, too. breakfast was excellent and cooked to order, this was great.
the hotel website gave wrong informations. there was no room service available when i arrived. it was a problem for me.

solid stay with harbour views

cozy feel restaurant atmosphere
i found the room large and it had a cozy feel. breakfast offered a decent range of choices and tasted good. the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. the complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and crisps were a nice touch.
i noticed the faucet in the bathroom had some mold. i also found some used socks and underwear in the wardrobe. a housekeeper knocked to remind me about checkout time early.

the breakfast area offered a comfortable setting with views of the outdoor pool, the city and the sea from inside the restaurant there were outdoor chairs available for use near the pool.

the hotel features a swimming pool and grounds that are well maintained. the hotel is a few minutes walk from the station however it is up a rather steep hill. it is also convenient for the isles of scilly ferry.

the room was bright and restful, also with a large bathroom. the room had crisps and biscuits as well as tea and coffee. the view from the room was very nice too with a view of the pool and harbour.

the staff displayed friendliness, helpfulness, and efficiency throughout my stay. the greeting on arrival was excellent with a glass of champagne. dagmara and louise were the perfect hosts too.

the hotel has a fantastic location with a great view of the bay. it is very central both to explore on foot and to get onto the roads to travel to nearby attractions. the location provides easy access to both.
