The room included a separate bathroom with a bath. Breakfast was excellent.
I found a major problem with the lack of soundproofing. I could hear everything happening outside my room and downstairs and the bed proved far too firm. The pillows were like bricks. They provided no comfort at all.

the room was large and comfortable. super friendly staff served good food. i found the double glazing very effective in keeping the room quiet despite the road nearby.
i noticed cleaning was happening while we were still eating. the bathroom door was creaky and disturbed sleep. there was dried-up syrup or juice at the self-serve station.

staff was friendly which was acceptable.
the bathroom wasn't clean. i saw stomach upset not cleaned from the inside of the toilet. the bathroom door made a terrible creak and it disturbed my sleep when i needed to use the toilet at night.
