unacceptable behavior hissy fit
The caravan was spotlessly clean. It had a terrace and seating. There was even a wonderful gift box for my dog.
The bar staff needed more training. They were not very cute. One staff member even had a hissy fit and slammed things. This behavior is unacceptable, especially with children around.

excellent stay

attentive staff helpful staff spacious pool
i found the staff particularly attentive. every staff member i spoke with was polite and helpful. the play area kept the children entertained for hours. the swimming pool was well-kept and spacious enough for everyone.
the caravan lacked sufficient hooks for hanging coats especially after it rained. this made it difficult to keep the space tidy and dry after outdoor activities. more hooks would improve the functionality of the caravan.

guest services checked me in quickly. staff offered reassurance about an accidentally broken glass. i appreciated their friendly and helpful demeanor on the hotel.

the fenced dog exercise fields were a very nice addition. the outdoor decking area included outdoor furniture. private parking was available directly next to the caravan. this provided convenient access.

the caravan featured proper sofas, not sofa bed types. it was well stocked with toilet rolls and washing liquid. the caravan included a dishwasher. patio doors opened onto the decking area.

the location was advantageous as it was ten minutes from perranporth. newquay was also ten minutes away. bodmin was accessible within thirty minutes. morrisons nearby made it easy to get supplies.

the on-site pub offered good food. i was able to sit with my dog in the restaurant area. the food in the on-site restaurant was good. the on-site pub was clean.

Reasonable caravan stay

great layout good size ensuite bathroom expensive food limited menu intimidating reception
The caravan had a great layout, and it was fabulous that it included two ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms were a good size. I appreciated the decking and patio doors. The pool was also great.
Checking in at reception felt INTIMIDATING. Staff members just sat around talking to the receptionist. The bar opening times seemed limited and the food menu felt expensive. I also thought there should be more options for children on the site.
