The staff was friendly, and the location proved quite convenient for local travel.

The room was small and felt quite cramped. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate, fluctuating between hot and cold. The gym was also disappointing. Some equipment was out of order and showed signs of wear and tear.

The hotel seemed promising at first. My room had a serious issue with heat. The broken window would not stay open without a prop. This made sleeping difficult. The restaurant menu was static. It did not change at all . This was disappointing for a supposed 4-star hotel.

clean bathroom good breakfast room service strong smell dated furniture open deck

the room was a good size with a clean bathroom. i found the breakfast had lots of choices. the room service was also very good.

the room i had smelled bad. i also could not leave the door open because it led to a deck with people passing by. the furniture was dated in my opinion, it did not seem like a 4-star hotel to me.
