fantastic stay
clean room friendly hosts coffee facilities comfortable bed
The room was clean and maintained to a high standard. alan and sally were friendly and helpful. They put on the heating so i could dry my wet clothes. good tea and coffee making facilities were available, with lovely large mugs. the bed was comfortable.

the breakfast included several options. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit (the berries were delicious!). the dining area was well-lit and clean.

the double room featured ample storage space. it also had blackout curtains that helped me sleep well (i really needed that!). the bathroom was equipped with toiletries.

confined attic limited furniture
the twin room i occupied was located in a confined attic space. the ensuite bathroom was small. sloping beams and a low ceiling created significant difficulty maneuvering at night, especially when needing to use the restroom. furniture space was also limited. i expected a better layout considering the cost.

local attraction good advice corner laundromat small attic sloping beam small en suite
the hosts gave good advice on local attractions. a laundromat was just around the corner. it was walking distance to the promenade and restaurants.
as a twin room, it was in a small attic space with a very small en suite. the sloping beams made it difficult to move around at night. the ceiling also made movement challenging.
