lovely experience!
friendly owners comfortable room
the owners were really cute and friendly, like a home from home. my double room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. i enjoyed a lovely breakfast with orange juice, and i could choose from a bacon sandwich or a full english.
plumbing was problematic in my room , and this caused some minor inconveniences .

the hotel has a pool room , a nice spot to relax after a day exploring. the hotel is also conveniently located near a variety of shops , including a tesco express and an aldi.

the hosts are very warm and kind, helping guests find parking. they readily shared local information. they surprised us with a bottle to celebrate my birthday , which was such a beautiful gesture.

the full english breakfast was amazing, cooked perfectly. there was an option for a continental breakfast. they even accommodated my request for plant-based milk , which i greatly appreciated.

the location is perfect for accessing local amenities. it is a five-minute walk from the train station. it took only twenty minutes to walk to fistral beach , a major attraction.

faulty plumbing misleading sea view
the location was central, and nearby amenities were a plus.
I had issues with the room. The plumbing was faulty. the shower temperature fluctuated, and the sink drained slowly. the promised 'sea view' was mostly rooftops. It was misleading.

i stayed for a few nights. the double room had everything i needed. breakfast was very nice with cheerful hosts. i appreciated that they readily helped guests.
there was very little noise.

english breakfast good location plumbing problems small room
the full english breakfast was good. it had all the standard items. the location was close to shops. it made getting around easy.
there was a plumbing problems in my room. it was not a major thing but it was an issue. also the room was small. it was functional but cozy.
