The off road PARKING at the hotel proved quite useful.
I booked a king suite balcony , and the noise was an issue. The street outside the window created A LOT of noise. The bed also proved too HARD.

late breakfastno schedule adjustment
the breakfast was included, but service started only at 9:00 am. i had tours booked around the area at 10:00 am (so early!), so i had to leave before breakfast. this schedule made it impossible for me to enjoy the hotel's morning offerings. there was no adjustment possible for earlier service.

The room size did not quite match the price i paid. i had a room called the library, but it felt more like a box. the car park situation was really difficult. My car got two dings because the spaces are so tight.

Nicholas was very nice. He made our wedding stress-free. The bed in the presidential suite ensured a restful night for both of us. The suite provided a fine sea view, a great sight to behold. Breakfast service was good, and the staff brightened our mornings with their very good service. They even saved the day.
The parking spaces at the front were tight. I ended up with a small ding in my car door because of the limited space.

The hotel provides off-road parking . This feature is very useful because parking in the area can be difficult. The rooms have nice decor, and the artwork throughout adds to the hotel's character. I especially liked the details. The hotel offers tea and coffee facilities in the rooms ensuring you have a hot drink whenever you like.

The owner was polite and helpful, giving us taxi details when we needed them quickly. The staff acted professionally and were very friendly, especially the lady who served breakfast. They provided first class service. It was AMAZING!!!

The location is very central and close to the high street. This makes exploring the area easy. The hotel's position provides easy access to many local amenities, including shops and restaurants. The setting is quiet, yet it is just a short walk to the town center.

the breakfast menu presented each day included the weather forecast and tide times! the food was beautifully presented. the honesty bar had a very nice malt whiskey, i enjoyed it.
The car park was steep with little room to maneuver. Twice i had to adjust my parking to avoid hitting other cars. Twice.

Nicholas and another lady were helpful during a wedding morning. It made things easier. The bed was good and comfortable. I slept well all night. The presidential suite provided a beautiful sea view. It was very nice.
