the accommodation was very comfortable. the staff were friendly, and i found the food to be excellent. i also appreciated the free use of the pool. the room was clean and it had good facilities.
the light in the wardrobe area did not work so i could not use it. there was no plug there to use the mirror to straighten my hair

The restaurant prepares very tasty food and offers a varied menu. I enjoyed several meals there. the pub also provides a relaxing atmosphere with a selection of drinks, including local ales, to sample.

the room was clean. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
The heating system seemed blocked. I couldn't adjust the temperature. this made the room quite cold at night. i also noticed some dog hair on the bedsheets, a surprise since the room wasn't supposed to allow pets.

The room has tea, coffee and biscuits. The bathroom is spacious. I find nice towels. Location is great for beach access. The room is well equipped. I found the hotel clean. I appreciate the helpful staff.
I find the restaurant does not serve breakfast. The onsite cafe is closed. I think the website should say something about breakfast.

The location was ideal and the price was good for a night! Food was available at the pub on site and I found it great. The reception team were both helpful and friendly, ready to assist. I really enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. I found the Cremyll ferry over the Tamar to Plymouth just a short drive away.
The facilities in the suite are slightly below average. The bedside area lacked a convenient place to put a cup!

The heating could not be controlled, and it showed as 'blocked' on the display. This meant the room became cold during the night. I informed the staff, but they could not fix it promptly.
