i stayed in a room with a view of the mount. the furnishings were fabulous, and the rooms were super clean. i found the staff to be helpful throughout my stay (always with a smile!).
the towels were smaller than expected.

the location was acceptable, with easy access to nearby attractions.
I was quite disappointed to discover there was no air conditioning in the room i booked. Made sleeping difficult. in addition, soundproofing was nonexistent. I could hear everything happening in the corridor and even kitchen noises. this was especially bothersome during the evenings.

The bed was hard. Sleeping was difficult. the pillows were too soft. I needed more support. the skincare products were from scotland. I prefer local items.

the staff were very friendly and helpful i felt very welcome they quickly upgraded my room i was visiting to celebrate a special anniversary. the room was clean and cozy breakfast tasted delicious and the sunday roast was superb
the bed felt a bit too firm for my liking the pillows were too soft i found no robes and the towels were not large i expected bath sheets. there was also no fridge so i could not store some snacks i bought

The complimentary skincare products were not local. They came from scotland. the towels were small, not bath sheets, a slight inconvenience.

the staff were friendly. they greeted us with smiles each morning (a nice way to start the day!). the breakfast had a good selection. i particularly enjoyed the option of cornish breakfast.
