restaurant view helpful staff lovely steak car park pet policy relocated function
the views from the restaurant were awesome. the staff were very helpful and seemed to care that i had a good time. the steak i had in the restaurant was lovely!
Securing a car park space was difficult. I had to walk quite a bit each day to get to my car. i found out dogs were staying at the hotel, even though the website stated that pets were not allowed. there was a function that moved to the bar, i had to spend new year's eve in my bedroom, frustrating

Lovely stay!

good food excellent toiletries complimentary gin high standard
The restaurant offered very good quality food. Our room had excellent toiletries. complimentary local gin, which I thought was a nice extra touch. The room was comfortable. I found the hotel was refurbished to a high standard. This contributed to a great overall experience.
The information on how to reach the hotel wasn't perfectly clear on the map. This caused a slight delay upon arrival.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provides pistolets à eau (water pistols) , especially useful for warding off mouettes (seagulls). Parking is available, providing added convenience, however, it requires an extra charge, guests should keep this in mind when planning their visit.
Service
10/10
The reception team is super lovely and professional. I saw the restaurant managers both days. They were very friendly and provided service with a smile (always a plus!).
Dining
9/10
I particularly enjoyed the light bites from the lunchtime bar. I savored serrano ham croquettes, tempura vegetables and olive oil flatbread. Breakfast had fresh choices.

Mediocre Stay with Some Issues

slow service broken iron
The location was convenient and allowed good access to nearby areas.
The service in the restaurant was slow and disorganized. I was expecting more attentive service for the price I paid. I discovered stains on the bedding and floor and the iron in my room was broken. The breakfast included was only continental. A full English breakfast cost extra.
