nice stay

friendly staff unusual starters
Every team member showed enthusiasm. I found them attentive and professional. parking was easy, i thought £10 per night was good value. our 'jubilee' room felt spacious with great views over the bay. breakfast was excellent. there were lots of unusual starters.
The choice for main dishes was limited. the varied starters made up for it. i felt a better selection of main courses would enhance the dining experience. though the starters were inventive, more traditional options would be welcome.

Underwhelming Dining and Service Issues

disorganized service insufficient staffing
I encountered significant issues . The service was disorganized. I booked a cream tea, waited an excessive amount of time, and faced multiple staff miscommunications. It seemed there was a lack of coordination and insufficient staffing. This, and I ultimately left without receiving my order.
