the staff was very friendly! the breakfast had a great selection of cereals, etc. I found the location great, only minutes from amazing places. I enjoyed the sea view from my room.
the price did not reflect what the hotel offered. it is an old hotel that seems to need some tlc. the fire ALARMS woke me up at 7.15, it was very annoying.

The location had lovely views over the bay. the staff members were helpful. breakfast was very good. I liked the selection available. the staff seemed polite and helped with any requests.
The room i had was really small. the bed sloped away from the wall, like it was shorter on one side. it was a bit firm and lumpy. I had some discomfort.

the hotel is situated in a great spot. it is right opposite the sea with lovely walks nearby. the princess pavilion is within easy reach and i found parking easy and available.

the breakfast buffet offered a reasonable selection of items. food ordered arrived within minutes of ordering. toast was tough but the breakfast service was good. i liked the option for cooked breakfast.

there is a conservatory area at the front of the hotel. i saw a quiz one evening which was popular. the hotel offers entertainment with a singer and also a magician. there is a bar that serves guests.

The room i got, a 'premier double or twin room sea view,' wasn't exactly what the pictures showed. Maybe i was expecting too much. it felt smaller than advertised, and the sea view wasn't as panoramic as i'd hoped. also, the bathroom felt a bit dated, with some limescale around the showerhead. It just needed a bit of tlc. the bar prices felt quite steep. Almost highway robbery if you ask me.

I found the shower quite small. the bathroom looked dated. the breakfast setup felt odd. Tables were assigned by room number, so i couldn't choose a window table even when arriving first. the bacon seemed pre-cooked and not hot enough.
