some issues need fixing

damp bathroomuninterested staff
the bathroom was a big letdown. its so damp, the walls were wet and toilet paper was unusable. i reported this to the desk, but they seemed uninterested and said theyd tell the boss, again. feels like they are not fixing the root cause.

the rear exterior of the building is not very attractive, though it did not affect my stay.

I appreciated the ample parking available on-site. This made coming and going very easy. the breakfast was fantastic and included freshly cooked options, that was great. the super nice team , addressing all my questions promptly. the outdoor heated pool was a welcome bonus, i used it every day!
the walls in my room seemed thin, i heard noise from adjacent rooms during the evening.

The triple dog friendly room was good. the staff were cute. i liked the box of items for my dog, it was a nice touch. breakfast was also very good with an excellent continental selection. It was easy to decide in the morning if i wanted it.
The hotel has a change of ownership and does not serve alcohol or pork products. this was disappointing. I was not told about this change when i booked.

my pet-friendly room included snacks, a bowl, and a blanket for my dog. i was able to bring my dog with me to the bar to eat my meals (it was nice to have company). the swimming pool was heated just right and i swam every day.
i noticed rust on the step hand railing and the door hinge. it needs to be replaced soon.
